TBD Post Announces Senior Producer Hire and Long-Form Leadership Promotion

​TBD Post has welcomed Jamie Lynn Perritt as senior producer, alongside the promotion of Joel Pettit to head of production, long form.

Jamie Lynn Perritt brings over a decade of post-production experience spanning offline, colour, and VFX, with work across commercials, music videos, and films in Los Angeles, New York, and now Austin. Known for her clear communication, thoughtful leadership, and upbeat style, she guides projects from first bid to final delivery—balancing creativity, collaboration, and efficiency to deliver exceptional results.

“Jamie started freelancing with us on a complex project over the summer. She immediately clicked with the team, and was so proactive and buttoned up. I knew she was a perfect fit for what we’re building at TBD. I’m absolutely thrilled she’s now part of the larger team — it only means better and better things for the shop,” commented Rachel Kichler, TBD’s executive producer.

Joel Pettit, previously senior producer at TBD Post for the past three years, has been promoted to head of production, Long Form. Joel began his career in New York working on cultural icons like ‘Gossip Girl’ and ‘30 Rock’, as well as Beyoncé’s ‘Live at Roseland: Elements of 4’. His recent credits include films such as ‘The Long Game’, ‘Due West’, and the feature-length documentary ‘Water Wars’. Joel is celebrated for his ability to seamlessly weave together all the elements of a project, transforming concepts “from the chaos of the dailies to a perfect jewel of a finished piece.” A long-distance runner in his personal life, Joel’s stamina and focus translate naturally to his long-form projects.
