

Marta Leszczyńska has rejoined FCB Warsaw as account director. She will oversee the development of the client service function across Keino Group’s media-related projects, with a particular focus on work delivered in partnership with Mido, the group’s media agency. Marta reports directly to Bartosz Kłus, business director at FCB Warsaw and member of the Keino Group management team.
“We’re building a model at Keino Group where creative, media and production teams work in a more integrated way. Marta brings client-side experience and a strong media perspective, which will help us better connect strategy, data and execution,” says Bartosz Kłus.
Marta has over 15 years of experience in marketing and digital. Most recently, as marketing manager at ZEW for men, she was responsible for brand strategy, e-commerce and digital activities, contributing to a 50% year-on-year growth in online sales. Earlier in her career she worked at Agora, where she helped implement Poland’s first paid digital subscription system for Wyborcza.pl. She has also worked with Keino Group before, returning now after several years on the client side with a broader perspective that strengthens collaboration between FCB and Mido.
Her background spans 360° campaign management, strategic planning and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams – from creative to performance marketing.
