We’re looking for a talent with a strong sense for creative excellence and high quality – someone whose heart beats just as much for efficiency, structure, and on-time delivery. As Head of Post Production, you’ll lead our in-house team of two to three editors and manage a core group of trusted freelancers.

In your day-to-day role, you’ll oversee scheduling, workflows, and project allocation. You’ll make sure your team delivers all post-production tasks to the agreed standards of quality and timing – and that the department remains well-balanced and efficiently organized.

You are hands-on, precise, and resilient. Ensuring technical excellence, smooth delivery, and proper archiving comes naturally to you. You’re used to managing several projects in parallel, setting priorities smartly, and adapting to dynamic production needs.

You bring leadership experience, empathy, and a deep understanding of post-production processes and tools. You know how to motivate people, foster growth, and continuously elevate creative and technical standards.

You’ll work closely with a team of producers and creatives with over 100 cumulative years of production and business expertise – and with a view of Lake Zurich from our Wollishofen studio.
